2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• No advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Full amount is due upon arrival or as mutually agreed.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

• Booking confirmations will be sent via email or WhatsApp

4. Changes to Itinerary

• Sahara2Go reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Clients will be informed in advance and offered alternatives or a refund if applicable.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) for entry into Oman or the Emirates.

• Sahara2Go will not be held responsible for denied entry or travel interruptions due to documentation issues.

6. Health & Safety

• Some tours involve physical activity such as trekking, desert safaris, and hiking. Travelers are responsible for assessing their fitness levels.

• Clients must inform us in advance of any health conditions, allergies, or special requirements.

7. Liability

• Sahara2Go is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during the trip unless caused by our direct negligence.

• We are also not responsible for delays or cancellations due to flight changes, political instability, weather, or other events beyond our control.

8. Use of Website

• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or harmful activities.

• Content on the website is owned by Sahara2Go and cannot be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Privacy

• Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy and will never be shared without consent.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

• Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Oman.
